Staffing Center 

Frank's Aquatic Specialists is looking for qualified individuals with backgrounds in aquatics to fill our year round and seasonal programs. Those interested should be dependable, energetic individuals with the desire to provide exemplary customer service. The most successful candidates will be the self-starters with the ability to promote themselves and the company.


We staff the following positions:
Lifeguards- Current Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid certifications must be held.
Swim Instructors/Coaches- Candidates will be evaluated based on certification, education and experience.
Support Staff- Related to the developement of customer service opportunities and the update of web content.  Positions include: Human Resources, Retail Development, Journalism, Scheduling, Clerical, Promotions/Marketing Opportunities and Special Events. 

We also maintain a list of applicants and endorsed contractors to use as referrals to our clients and other facility personnel directors. To be considered as an independent contractor you must have current certifications, equipment and insurance. Frank's Aquatic Specialists does not guarantee work to contractors. All referrals are made at the sole discretion of the company, in the best interest of the client or facility.
